We were close to buying this house, we had agreed on a price, spent a lot of money on having a survey completed and then at the last minute the owner decided to not sell the property. Booooo.
So as a last ditch effort we have sent the owner a letter offerig her to sell it directly to us. Hopefully she gets the message that we wanted to buy the house.
