Since the weather changed I havn't had the ice cream van stopping in at work :(

Dinner for 1 (and a dog)

Sarah abandoned me tonight and decided to go to Swindon, to watch the dog races. I don't know why as we have a dog here already. So just knocked up a nice healthy dinner if salad. I seem to have been eating healthier in the warm weather.

Our sunflowers are growing really well, no issues with saying that I will win the sunflower growing competition with Sarah.
